Terms of Service

Quote requests

Submitting the quote form is a request for pricing, not a booking. Work is only scheduled once we confirm the scope and price with you.

Estimates

Prices given from photos and your description are estimates. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will confirm any change with you before starting.

Referral to matched specialists

Bluewater Pressure Washing reviews every request personally. If we are not able to take on the work ourselves — for example it sits outside our area or our schedule — we may pass your enquiry to up to 2 trusted independent exterior cleaning specialist partners who service your area and may be able to help, so you still get a quote. Referrals only occur where you have given consent. A referred specialist is an independent business responsible for its own quote, workmanship, insurance and obligations to you.

Site access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property, including water access where required, and to tell us about hazards, fragile surfaces or restrictions before work begins.

Cancellation

Let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Weather can move exterior cleaning work; we will contact you if that happens.
